Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
I will accept a refund/return if a photo of the broken item is emailed for proof. Once I receive proof I will either refund or send a new item to replace broken or incorrect one.
To start a return, you can contact me at kgfjewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I only accept returns for broken items! All item sales are final since orders are made specifically for the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
I do not accept broken items and items that have been lost in the mail. Unfortunately once the package is in the hands of the USPS I cannot do anything! Its out of my hands. You will have to repurchase the items again if lost.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
I will do an exchange only if we have talked and there is a significant issue with your order!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
